Terms of Service
Version v1 · Last updated June 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SlideBattle application, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the Service, you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Continued use of the Service after a revision becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:
You are solely responsible for confirming the legality of your participation. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.
You must register an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep that information current, and to verify your email address and phone number when required. You may not register more than one account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password, two-factor authentication device, backup codes, wallet PIN, and any session credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may require identity verification (KYC) before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or participation in wagered matches. This may include collecting government-issued identification, proof of address, source-of-funds documentation, and biometric data. We may refuse, suspend, or unwind any transaction pending the outcome of verification. We retain verification records in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering law.
The Service offers skill-based competitive games. By entering a wagered match, you agree that:
Where multiplier or rake fees apply, the schedule will be disclosed in the relevant match flow at the time of entry.
The Service maintains an internal balance and may interface with on-chain cryptocurrency wallets for deposits and withdrawals. You acknowledge:
Minimums, maximums, and network fees are displayed at the point of transaction. Withdrawals require a verified payout destination and may require additional security factors (two-factor authentication, wallet PIN, or both).
We may delay, hold, or reverse a transaction if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with applicable law. Pending withdrawals may be cancelled at our discretion during such review.
You must not, and must not attempt to:
Violations may result in match voiding, balance forfeiture, permanent account closure, and referral to law-enforcement authorities.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, that your continued use poses risk to other users or to the Service, or that termination is required by law. On termination, eligible balances will be returned to you in accordance with our verification and anti-money-laundering procedures. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; closure does not relieve obligations accrued before closure.
The Service, including all software, game mechanics, visual assets, copy, and branding, is owned by SlideBattle or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including payment processors, SMS gateways, blockchain networks, analytics, and infrastructure providers) to function. We do not control these providers and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. Their terms and privacy policies may apply to your interactions with them.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that match outcomes will be accurate in every case, or that defects will be corrected. You assume the full risk of using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideBattle, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SlideBattle, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We aim to resolve disputes informally and quickly. Before initiating formal proceedings, contact us in writing with a description of the dispute and the relief sought. We will attempt good-faith resolution within thirty (30) days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and SlideBattle agree that any controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, and not in court, except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court. You andSlideBattle each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The “Last updated” date at the top of this document reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SlideBattle is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain unaffected.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with any policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and SlideBattle regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to the in-app support channel. We will respond as quickly as practicable.
